With more than a decade of state and federal court litigation experience, Victoria is committed to fighting for her clients. Regardless of the size of your case, Victoria will provide the same high quality of advocacy and care. A native Texan, Victoria honed her trial skills at nationally recognized Houston litigation boutiques, thriving in the fast-paced environment of trial.
She has represented plaintiffs and defendants, from large companies to individuals, in a variety of high-stakes and sophisticated commercial litigation and arbitration matters and in litigation arising from the employment context, including partnership disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, fraud, and employment discrimination. Victoria finds greatest satisfaction in advocating for those who are wronged and takes pride in vindicating the rights of her clients, including through her justice-oriented plaintiff’s work. She is also avid about pro bono work, having represented numerous indigent clients from Houston’s Fifth Ward in criminal cases. Her acute attention to detail and her ability to anticipate and address potential pitfalls in her client’s and opponent’s case set Victoria apart from her peers.
Victoria studied Government at the University of Texas, where she graduated in 3 years with High Honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Following her undergraduate studies, she earned her J.D. at Harvard Law School. She began her legal career as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Marina Garcia Marmolejo in the Southern District of Texas. She is licensed in New York, Texas, and Massachusetts.
